The Rose on Bond occupies an entire City Block in the Melrose neighborhood of Oakland, California. Built in 1930, this Spanish Colonial compound was home to the former Melrose Baptist Church, surrounded by fruit orchards and early to mid-century bungalows. Today, the architectural gem boasts 60 apartment suites ranging in size from Studios to 2-bedroom units.
